1. I have a complaint that is not being resolved by my cable provider. What can I do?: As part of its cable franchise agreements with the City’s cable providers, the City is able to open an “Escalated Complaint” process to help you resolve your issues. 2. How do I get a copy of the City newsletter, the Burnsville Bulletin?: The City’s newsletter is mailed to all homes and businesses in Burnsville quarterly (January, April, July and October). If you did not receive a copy please contact the Communications Department at 952-895-4402. You can also view the Burnsville Bulletin online at www.burnsvillemn.gov/bulletin or pick up a copy at Burnsville City Hall, 100 Civic Center Parkway.

3. The City does not allow advertising in its quarterly newsletter, but does offer sponsorship opportunities for various events and cable television programs. 6. Can I place my event advertisement on a City of Burnsville readerboard or community television bulletin board?: No. At this time, those types of displays are reserved only for City or City-sponsored events and initiatives.
