1. I have a complaint that is not being resolved by my cable provider. What can I do?: As part of its cable franchise agreements with the City’s cable providers, the City is able to open an “Escalated Complaint” process to help you resolve your issues. 2. How do I get a copy of the City newsletter, the Burnsville Bulletin?: The City’s newsletter is mailed to all homes and businesses in Burnsville quarterly (January, April, July and October). If you did not receive a copy please contact the Communications Department at 952-895-4402. You can also view the Burnsville Bulletin online at www.burnsvillemn.gov/bulletin or pick up a copy at Burnsville City Hall, 100 Civic Center Parkway.

3.
